Ben launched his real estate career in spring of 2005 with a strong understanding of marketing, solid business principles and information technology. Combining his knowledge and personal philosophy of always keeping the client informed, Ben has provided quality customer service. Of course, learning never stops and whenever a client inquires about an area that he is not fully familiar with, Ben strives to learn fast and quick so that he can advise his clients - "definitely worth what he is paid." He works diligently for every client and keeps everything running smoothly throughout the transaction. Real estate has definitely become a passion. "How else can you describe it? I work until two in the morning every night and I'm still not tired of this busy-ness." Ben states with a happy smile. The commitment definitely shows and is fuelled with each successful transaction.


At the start of it all, Ben works at listening and understanding client needs first and focuses on those goals throughout the process the transaction. However when it comes down to negotiating Ben takes a stern approach, especially when working for Sellers - "After all you must always keep your client in mind - we can try to accommodate the Buyers but it can't be at our own expense, minimizing risk and maximizing reward is what it's all about." When working with Buyers, his motto is Buyer's Agent Beware - especially when working with first time buyers. "First timers truly don't realize how many little details there are to look out for, that's where I come in. I take their hand and guide them through. I make it seem easy because I've done it so many times. It’s like anything in life, the more you do it, the better and easier it gets."


In the end, Ben's dedication is for client happiness and the highest complement - clients referring him to others. "After the whole process, clients become more like friends. And, customer happiness is the best reward because it makes me want to do more and be even better at what I do. It's my fuel for excellence!"
